Crestwood currently operates over 750 miles of natural gas pipeline systems with approximately 1.6 Bcf/d of aggregate capacity. Our gathering systems are located in Texas, Arkansas, New Mexico and West Virginia, ga9hering volumes from six unconventional plays including the Barnett Shale, Avalon Shale, Fayetteville Shale, Granite Wash, Haynesville Shale and Marcellus Shale. We gather, process, treat and compress natural gas from over 1,250 wells currently connected to our systems from producers including Quicksilver Resources, BHP Billiton, Antero Resources, BP, Chesapeake Energy, Conoco Phillips, XTO(Exxon Mobil), Devon, Linn Energy, Comstock Resources and Forest Oil. Over 95% of Crestwood's business is on a fixed-fee basis for all gas gathered, compressed, processed and treated for our customers.
Crestwood currently owns and operates more than 200,000 horsepower of electric and gas-fired compression to pull the natural gas connected to our gathering systems to central locations where the gas is compressed, processed, treated, and delivered into downstream pipelines such as Energy Transfer, Atmos, Enterprise, Crosstex, Ozark, Fayetteville Express, Boardwalk, ANR, Northern Natural Gas, El Paso Natural Gas, Gulf South Pipeline, Tennessee Gas Pipeline, Columbia, Dominion and Equitrans. Our NGLs are delivered into Louis Dreyfus, Chevron and Mid America Pipeline.
